1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or making use of any service provided by 32slots at the domain 32slots.net and all associated sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "You") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal relationship between you and 32slots. • You are not acting under a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

32slots reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution. All age verification requirements are enforced strictly and without exception — this is non-negotiable.

3. Account Registration & Management

To access real-money games, sports betting, or bonus promotions on 32slots, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 32slots Platform. The use of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — to exploit promotional offers, circumvent limits, or evade restrictions constitutes fraud and will result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings therein.

32slots reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account has been used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — PKR 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; equivalent minimums apply for crypto deposits at published thresholds.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. 32slots does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as having originated from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Crypto deposits are credited based on the PKR-equivalent value at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.
• 32slots bears no liability for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: crypto withdrawals within minutes to a few hours; JazzCash and EasyPaisa within the same business day; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank within one business day.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

32slots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in, 32slots will honour the bonus in its original form for that player's current promotional cycle.

6. Gameplay Rules & Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 32slots Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
